Alone on the land
What a beautiful Founder’s Weekend on the land; so many things shared and expressed, and I look forward to the next one!
As everyone left and I stayed on the land alone for the first night, I was able to drop into the magic of the place even more so feel in the earth, and rain, and quiet rhythm of that area for the first time.
The next day I walked the land again, this time alone and in the rain. I allowed the land to pull me forward, as it revealed to me the hidden deer trails, small vistas, and hiding places of tranquility and majesty, over many hours.
As if placed in the open for me to find, the life of the land gave presents and presence upon my path, displaying the magic and virility that it holds.
Magic indeed. May we honor this land and ourselves in all that we do there.
